2 mile warmup. Changed shoes and started the workout. 2X800, 600, 400, 200 with the 800s and 600s at 2 mile pace and the 400s and 200s at mile pace. 2 min rest in between and 4 min rest in between sets. Splits were 2:20, 1:43, 64, 31 and then 2:19, 1:42, 63, 30. Felt alright and went pretty hard. Shout out to Thom for being an animal and sticking with it. Cooled down to 9 and a half and did a lil on the bike. Some upper body stuff when I got home
