Wasn't expecting to do speed today but that's ok, it was pretty easy. 6X400m at mile pace with a lap recovery jog in between. Splits were 65, 68, 66, 66, 65, 63. It was sick to have a little group of me, Thom and Collin at the front and it felt really controlled. Cool down to 10 with a couple starts. Abs, stretching and roll out session after. Pumped for tomorrow, ready to PR and have some fun.
