2 mile warmup. Long, hard workout today. 5X1000 at 2 mile pace with 3:30 rest. Splits were 2:53, 2:55, 2:55, 2:56, 2:54. Felt worn out physically and had to really push to stay on pace. Cool down to 7.5 and then 10 min on the bike and some pull-ups. Really gonna recover tomorrow
