3 mile shakeout, 6:20 pace. Went on the canal trail. Saw some geese, one of them spread its wings and hissed at me so I did a quick stride to get outa there. 2 mile warmup for the medley. Got the baton in 4th and pushed. Zack passed me and I kinda went with him, ended up passing 2 guys in the last 100 to get third. Split a 1:58 low. We qualified for state by time and place so now I'm running at least 3 events at state. 2 mile cool down, 6:20 average
