Morning run in St George. Didn’t plan on going very long but I love running in St George so I did a little more. Lots of hills, one long killer one that was an 8-10% grade. Did a progression run, starting with a 7:15 and ending with a 5:20. 6:10 average pace for 12 and a half. Shout to NAU for winning regionals yesterday!

From what I've heard this is the first NCAA's in many years where there isn't a favorite going into nationals. Shame it's 29.99 to watch the race live, I'm sure it's going to be a nailbiter. I'm guessing with the two teams so close, the team that is winning at 5k probably won't win the title.

I'm also calling it that Alabama will have 2-3 guys in the top 20, but will still be around last in the team score because our #4 guy runs mid 32 for 10k.

Dead on with my Alabama prediction. Nice job at Nike. Those springville runners, man. Hope you get top 3 at nationals!
