3 miles to skyridge then 8 with the guys. Counting 2 miles as warmup, the rest was around 7:30 pace. Went up the jail trail in snow that varied from ankle to waist deep. Then looped through some neighborhoods and back on the MCT. Sick run, running with my boys was lit. 20 min biking after
