Bench and inverted rows before I had to go to early morning seminary.

No practice today but I didn't know we had a workout on the track so I didn't bring my stuff. Went home and changed then did a mile warmup plus 2 more miles to get back to the high school. Drills and strides then started the workout. 8X800, 200 with 30 secs after the 800s and 2:30 after the 200s. Splits were 2:20, 30, 2:18, 32, 2:21, 32, 2:21, 31, 2:20, 32, 2:21, 32, 2:20, 32, 2:21, 30. Tough workout, the wind and my stomach did not help. Cool down back to my house, saw my grandparents and they gave me a ride the rest of the way cuz I was already over mileage and it's a down week. Finished upper body lifting when I got home
