Mile warmup. Drills, stretches, another mile, more drills. 5X600, 5X400, 5X200 at 2 mile, mile, 800 pace with 90 sec rest in between everything. Splits were 1:46, 1:45, 1:44, 1:44, 1:43 for the 600s. 63, 63, 64, 65, 64 for the 400s. 30, 30, 30, 29, 29 for the 200s. Mile and a quarter cool down. Lunge workout in the gym after. Then went to talk to Janice about my back cuz it's been hurting, I think from raking the long jump pit yesterday. She gave me some stretches to do so hopefully those help.
