Mile warmup and drills then 2 miles with strides. 3 sets of 2X600 with 1 min in between 600s and 3 min in between sets. Didn't get the first split but the others were 1:40, 1:38, 1:41, 1:40, 1:43. Cool down to 9. Stomach felt awful again, gotta get that figured out. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears.
