Mile warmup, drills, stretching. Another mile then 2 mile tempo, went 4:55, 5:00 for 9:55. 2 min rest then 4X300 with 2 min rest, hit 50, 47, 48, 49. Then 3X150 with 90 sec rest, split 22, 22, 23. 2 mile cool down.
