Mile warmup, drills, stretching. Distance run, started with Luke and Brecken but they weren't feeling good today so I ended up running most of it by myself. Did Highland elementary loop, 6.5 miles, 6:30 average. 4X200 after, full recovery in between each. Went 27, 26 high, 27, 26 high. Felt good to get some speed. Despite my 800 times this year my legs actually can move believe it or not. Mile cool down to finish up. Also hopped a fence today, got stuck, got some sick cuts
