Mile warmup, stretching. Did 3 with Brecken and Luke. That was all we had time for cuz me and Brecken had to get back for coaching.
Night run, wanted 5 or 6 but my loop ended up being 7 and a half. Did 2100, redwood, main st loop. Nice night, stomach felt as good as can be expected after eating Chick-fil-A twice today. 6:23 average pace
