2 mile warmup, drills, strides. First lap was a 62 then the splits were all over the place. Don't know why I ran 4:16 indoor then 3-4 seconds slower 3 times outdoor. Having a cold or racing solo arent good excuses either so I guess I just gotta put some more work in. 10 min rest then 3 mile tempo with the last 600 at mile pace. Did it on a dirt canal trail.
