Xc camp was a success. 3 hard workouts/races, 3 wins and 3 course records. Doesn't really mean a whole lot tho, I'm in great shape right now but there's a long season ahead. Gotta stay healthy and hungry. Really a great week of training, ended with a downhill 5K today. Got 14:01, 4:30 mile pace. It was great to have Aiden there to race with for 2 miles. The downhill was fast and fun but it hurt. Lots of hills this week, this is what I live for. After tomorrow I'll hit 65-70 miles for this week. I love running
