Trial of Miles, Miles of Trials

Drove some of the peeps to Springville for a change of scenery. Ran in hobble creek canyon, really pretty with all the snow. On the plowed trail until it ended, then onto the road. Never located so I just did 70 minutes, calling it 11. Saw the Springville boys running up on the drive back so that was cool

Mile warmup, drills. 5X8 second alactic sprints up the overpass. Recovery run, did a new loop through highland and AF. 9 miles, 6:43 average pace

3 mile warmup. 7X300 at mile pace with a 300 jog in between. Averaged 45.7, fastest was a 44. Two mile cool down. Still have a bunch of crap in my nose and throat from being sick last week.

Mile warmup, drills. Rail trail/timp highway loop, average for 9.5 was 6:05.

6 easy and then 5 strides on the turf and finished mileage.

Around Little Ferry and Hackensack New Jersey. The streets didn’t always have a sidewalk so that was an adventure. 4 strides in the middle and 2 strides in the last mile. Averaged 6:30 for 6.5
