3 X 60 sec grass pickups at 5K race pace with 90 sec active rest. Didn't do all 10 because of 5K race tomorrow.

Epic recovery run in the rain. Last run with Strrt and Sean. They've been great teammates and I really look up to them. Stewart will be a great missionary and Sean is gonna kill it running for Miami. Gonna miss hanging with those guys

Comfortable distance run 6:45/mi pace. Ran on the trails at the cabin. Good elevation and hill training. Saw a mama moose with her baby so that was sick.
