1 mile warmup to the cemetery. Whistles hills with the last set 20, 25, 30 instead of 15, 20, 25. Took the first set to get the legs warmed up but after that I felt really strong. Jake killed it on the last one which got me fired up, I'm pushing on guts alone and he saved some for the last one. Cooled down to the trails by the spinny park and equestrian arena. 10 min on the bike and some arms. Shoutout to Austin for pouring ice on me while I was doing abs haha it was a toasty day
