10.5 miles by myself with pre meet on the road. Went to AF and ran around the golf course. It was really pretty and it reminded me of why I love running. Didn't start feeling good until after mile 3 but after that I was going at a comfortable pace. 400s were hard but slow because I'd already ran 8 miles. Got back to the high school and did some starts on the track. Biked for 10 minutes. Feel like I've picked up the training successfully and my body if feeling good so I'm excited to keep it rolling. Mile tomorrow, ready to throw down
