2.5 mile warmup. Workout was 3 sets of 300, 200, 100 at 800 pace with 90 sec rest and 5 min in between sets. Went kinda fast cuz Collin and Kris were pacing at about 1:50 pace. So that got me mad, good thing tho because my legs were feeling tired today so that got me motivated. Splits were 44, 30, 14, 43, 29, 14, 43, 28, 13. Still fired up on the cool down, so I went sub 7 for 4 out of 5.5 cool down miles. Biked for 20 min with 1 set 90, 60, 30 with 90 sec rest. Squats, calf raises, and lunges after.
