2 mile warmup. Workout was 6 sets of 400, 200 at mile pace with 45 seconds rest and 2 min active rest in between sets. Splits were 63, 32, 67, 32, 65, 32, 65, 31, 65, 32, 62, 31. Felt good and paced pretty good, sick workout. Cool down to 8 with a barefoot mile and 15 min easy on the bike
