3.5 mile warmup. 9X200 progressively faster with 2 min rest. Splits were 32, 31, 29, 29, 29, 29, 28, 28, 27. Felt decent, it was freezing and the snow started coming down the last half so that was sick. Cooled down to 9 with Thom and Connor, then biked 20 min and rolled out with Austin. Helped at the home tri meet and watched some races. Shout out to Connor for announcing it, great meet everybody. Except for the peeps who puked on the turf, had to pour water on it and it was not fun to look at. So unshoutout to them since apparently that's a thing
