Biked to practice, 1 mile warmup and strides. Workout was 20X400. First 5 were at 5K pace with 45 sec rest, hit 73-75. Next 5 were at 2 mile pace with 1 min rest: 67-69. Then 5 at mile pace with 1:30 rest: 66, 66, 65, 65, 67. Last 5 faster than mile pace with 2 min rest: 63, 63, 63, 63, 60. Switched off pacing with Connor which was great. Felt decent and stayed on pace for the most part. Cooled down on the turf to 8, including a 40 yard race that I barely won haha ate breakfast, rolled out, and went biking on Murdock. Ended up going 12 so 15 miles on the bike today
