Mile warmup. Ran to the bottom of the dip and on the trails around there. Didn't realize how many there were and they all have sick names like Machete, Adrenaline, Shotgun, and this one that sounded Indian. Pretty fun until the I went back to toward the road and saw a deer that was as flat as a pancake on the ground. Supposed to be recovery today but I'll do that when I'm dead.
