Mile warmup and drills. Another mile then 3X2 mile at short tempo pace with 2 minutes active in between. First one was 5:25, 5:20 so 10:45, second one was 5:20, 5:10 so 10:30, third one was 5:12, 5:05 so 10:17. I forgot to put my gloves on so my hands almost fell off but other than that it was good. 4 mile cool down
