Woke up with pink eye so I just turned in a project and went to math first period then drove home. Biked back to the school for practice. Warmup and drills then a mile easy. Workout was 800, 1200, mile, 1200, 800, mile, all at 5K pace. Rest was 2 min after the 800s, 3 min after the 1200s, and 4 min after the mile, all active. We did it on the track and a loop on the baseball field. Splits were 2:28, 3:40, 4:52, 3:37, 2:25, 4:55. Stomach didn't feel too great but I managed. 2 and a half mile cool down then biked home. Retiring the kinvaras.
