5 min on the bike then 3.75 miles. Pre meet strides, 2X800, starts. 800s were right on pace, 68s. Cooled down with the girls, went back with Sami which was fun. Only 10 more minutes on the bike after cuz I had a dentist appointment. Calves are super wrecked from raises yesterday.
