Ran by myself cuz everyone else was going hecka slow. Did a pretty hilly run, including airport, the dip, killers, and the pit. Felt good after the first 2 miles, did some strides towards the end. Average pace for the 10.5 was 6:50, good training today. Biked for 20 min with 1 set of 5 min hol climb, 5 min downhill. Rolled out and lifted upper body with Austin
