Region at Lone Peak today and tomorrow but I'm not racing because I've qualified in the 1600 and 3200. Got there and did a mile with a lap of speed changes. Workout was 3 sets of 400, 200 at mile pace with a recovery jog 100 in between and 4 min in between sets. Splits were 64, 32, then 62, 31, and 63, 32. Good workout, legs felt a little tired and sore from yesterday but not horrible. Cooled down to 8 on the Murdock Canal Trail then rolled out and watched region
