| | Easy distance run toward willow park, 7:25 pace. Fun to run with the guys again, threw some snow. Collin put one down my back, good times. Got back and lifted upper body and did a 45 min bike workout

| | Fun 7 mile run up and killers and loop back around. Sean was in town so he ran with us, that was sick! Found out after that each mile was faster than the previous one, starting with 7:30 and ending with 6:10. Did a little lifting then a bike workout

| | 3 miles at 7 minute pace, then pre meet for tomorrow. Starts and 2X200. First 200 was a 30, didn't get the second one but it was right around there. Did a couple more miles to get to 6. Legs felt pretty tight, biked easy for 15 min to try to loosen them up

Utah State Indoor (0.5 Miles) 00:02:12 | | 3 and a half mile warmup. Gun went off and I started off alright but ended up in last after the first 400, a 67. Got the legs going and closed in 65, got 4th. Raced pretty slow, felt like I could've gone at least 3 seconds faster. Didn't have the right mindset cuz the meet was about 9 frikin hours long and the 800 was third to last. Achilles flared up so I cut the warmup short to half a mile.
