6 and a half then a barefoot mile and strides on the turf. 7:00 average pace. Hurdle drills and 20 min on the bike.

2 mile warmup. Workout was 6 sets of 400, 200 at mile pace with 45 seconds rest and 2 min active rest in between sets. Splits were 63, 32, 67, 32, 65, 32, 65, 31, 65, 32, 62, 31. Felt good and paced pretty good, sick workout. Cool down to 8 with a barefoot mile and 15 min easy on the bike

90 min bike workout for cross train day. Lifted upper body and did the dirty 30 for abs.

4 miles mostly by myself cuz I took it slower. Knees and feet felt like crap and idk why. Pre meet strides, 400s were 66 and 65, starts. Cool down to 7.5 with a half mile barefoot on the turf. Air quality was supposedly bad so the guys did some on the treadmill but I didn't care. 20 min on the bike

3 mile shake out run during conditioning. 25 min bike

Got to the oval and warmed up 2 miles. Got in the fastest heat, gun went off and I got out decent, near the middle. Really focused on pushing hard the entire race and not waiting. Fought to stay on the back of the group with some LP guys. Kicked pretty good, couldn't catch them but didn't lose ground. Satisfied with the time and know I can go faster and qualify when outdoor comes. Cool down 4 miles to get to 10 for the day

Air quality is horrible so Thom, Papa Heaps, Michael, my bro and me went to Provo to run. It was much clearer there. Ran on the Provo River Parkway trail which was really icy but fun. Slipped on some black ice right at the start, landed hard on my hip and skinned my knee pretty bad but thankfully that was it. Saw AF on our way back so that was cool. Sweet run, good to get out of Lehi cuz it can get boring
